Our Off-Court program is woven into the Move to Play and Play to Learn programs as it teaches players how to think on the court. Conversations off-court focus on the concepts behind

  • Learning
  • Strategy
  • Using emotions effectively
  • Being a better thinker on the court

Ultimately, athletes learn how to learn.

“We can no longer afford to think of the brain as divided into emotional and cognitive compartments. Emotion and cognition are deeply intertwined. How we feel directly affects how we think and learn, and exercise is one of the most powerful ways to influence both.”
