Welcome to NXT ATHLETICS. 

My name is Dickie Herbst. I’ve spent most my life playing, coaching, and teaching tennis at the recreational and professional levels. I have found over the years that racquet sports in particular—and many sports in general —have common principles of play. 

The NXT athletic experience introduces and develops these principles in a safe, enjoyable, collaborative learning program that promotes skill acquisition and exploration with a learning partner.
